Key features include high-resolution identification of CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ memory subsets, regulatory and helper T cell populations, and a broad activation-state coverage. Functional assessment is enabled through markers of proliferation and cytotoxicity, exhaustion, and senescence, supporting a deep understanding of T cell functionality and therapeutic potential. The panel also incorporates TCR specificity and transduction efficiency assessment and a PD-1 receptor occupancy component, providing an integrated approach to advanced T cell profiling using full spectrum flow cytometry.
